The message below is from the School of Dental Sciences at Newcastle University
Dear Dental Colleague,
Newcastle University are conducting a survey on behalf of the EU Horizon–funded PRUDENT (Prioritisation, incentives and Resource use for sUstainable DENTistry) project (https://www.prudentproject.eu/). The aim of this part of the project is to improve our understanding of dentists’ job satisfaction, motivation, experience of work pressure and their preferences for working in the public and private sectors across different countries. Whilst this survey has been circulated by your LDC at the request of the BDA, this research is independent of these organisations.
You may take part in this survey if you:
- are a dentist, and
- currently provide primary dental care in a general dental practice setting.
This includes foundation year dentists but does not include those who work exclusively in community dental services or secondary care.
For a chance to win one of two £100 vouchers for a shop of your choice, please provide your email address, when prompted, once you have completed the survey.
If you are eligible and interested in taking part in the survey, please click here: https://newcastlebusiness.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2ozIyGieGb2pm3c or scan the QR code at the bottom of this email. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact: katherine.carr@newcastle.ac.uk

Best wishes,
Katherine Carr, on behalf of the PRUDENT Project team at Newcastle University
