Camden and Islington LDC held its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 04 December online.
The Board was reappointed following the nomination process:
- Camden: Minesh Talati
- Islington: Kalajini Sivagurunathan
The AGM covered engagement over the last year including the starting of the diabetes and dentistry pilot, and its rollout across the rest of NCL expected in 2026. There had been regular meetings with the North Central London Integrated Care Board through a dedicated dental liaison group and this was expected to continue as the ICB merges with North West London.
The Board presented their report which outlined greater engagement with members through more open meetings where all members will be invited to attend to hear first hand updates and provide feedback on issues that matter to them.
Members requested more updates and information about how the LDC was engaging with the ICB, and the Board agreed that more reports would be published on the website and newsletter and that representatives from the ICB and other stakeholders would be invited to meetings with members so that all could hear information firsthand.
