Freedom to Speak Up South East London

Freedom to Speak Up is an important function for the NHS; introduced to ensure that everyone involved in the delivery of NHS care has the confidence and support to raise issues and concerns.

The Freedom To Speak Up Guardian is for every member of the dental team to contact if they feel there are any issues that they would like to raise that they cannot do so by normal routes. This means dentists, therapists, hygienists, dental nurses, reception staff, practice managers, anyone involved in the practice.

The Guardian needs to be accessible to all and inspire trust from every member of the dental team. This is why we are so pleased to be partnering with the South East London Training Hub and their experienced Freedom to Speak Up Guardian so that all members of the dental team have access to impartial support.
