As reported in last month’s newsletter the referral pathway in London North West University Hospital has changed.
Dental focused guidance on the new pathway is available to download. The guide details the steps to follow for obtaining an NHSmail account which is required for the FDP Dentistry Referral Submission Form. It also details the onboarding process to gain access to the FDP portal and how to review referrals you have made , including their acceptance status.
