We are working in partnership with the North Central London Health and Social Care Academy to help health and care employers across the region — including dental practices — connect with dedicated, work-ready candidates.
Our mission is simple: to open up access to meaningful careers in health and care by identifying individuals with the passion and potential to thrive in the sector—and supporting them every step of the way.
We work with a diverse talent pool made up of people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Many bring transferable skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the kind of resilience that often comes from having faced barriers to employment.
As part of the NHS, we understand the recruitment process, workforce challenges, and the specific skills and values required across health and social care roles. Our insider knowledge helps us match the right candidates to the right opportunities—saving you time and resources.
Our offer is completely free to employers.
Once registered with our service, candidates receive tailored, person-centred support designed to help them succeed. This includes coaching on NHS applications (including TRAC), CV writing, interview preparation, and introductions to roles across the sector.
We’re currently looking to build relationships with dental practices who are actively recruiting—or who may have opportunities coming up in the future.
